RGS selected EZ School Apps for our school lunch management software.  Yes, we will now serve lunch beginning on January 17, 2023!!

EZ School Apps offers a safe and secure way to review the school lunch menu and order and pay for lunch online from any browser.

Lunch will be provided by Sunday at Grams, a catering service.  The cost of lunch will be $8.50 a day

Orders must be placed and paid for by the close of business on the Monday preceding the week of lunch delivery.  For example, to place an order for a lunch during the week of January 16, 2023, the order will need to be placed before 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2023. 

How do I sign up??

RGS uploaded your faculty account.  To finish the process, you will need to create (reset) your password.  

1. Go to www.ezschoolapps.com, click on the green "Employee Login" tab at the top of the screen
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. When prompted, enter your school email address and click Send Password
4. Check your email for the link to set your password.

How do I order??

The Employee Purchase Guide provides you with all the information you will need to fund your lunch bank and order your lunches.  A few notes:

1. Credit card information will be stored and processed by PayPal.  (You do not need to create an account with PayPal to use EZSchoolApps.)
2. When you pre-order meals, you will be required to pay the balance before submitting your order. 
3. The credit card charge will show as "EZ School Apps", "EZ School Lunch" or "EZ School Payment" on your credit card statement.
