IMPORTANT REMINDERS

In order to avoid parking issues that we have encountered in the past, we have received permission for our families to park next door in the Atalaya School parking lot for this event. We are requesting that all families please park in the Atalaya parking lot.

Students should arrive no earlier than 5:15 PM and no later than 5:25 PM and report directly to their classrooms.

Students (Pequeños – Fifth Grade) should wear a nice outfit for this performance. Sixth graders are wearing costumes according to their character. Please contact me if you have any questions

Doors to the MAC will open at 5:15 PM for open audience seating.

After care will be in the media center that afternoon and will close at 5:15 PM. If possible, please try to pick up your child early on that day so that you can feed them dinner before they need to report to their classroom. If you are unable to pick your early, please be sure to send them to after care with an extra snack so that they will be able to perform at their best that evening.

At the end of the concert, students will be dismissed from their classrooms. Parents will need to pick up and sign their children out with their child’s teacher.

All RGS students (Pequeños – Sixth Grade) are preparing for and expected to be a part of this performance. If your son or daughter is unable to participate due to a previous commitment that can not be rescheduled, please let me know ASAP. [email protected]
