PERMISSION TO ACCESS RGS PROGRAMS/FACILITIES/ETC.
I/We hereby agree that unless I/We inform the School in writing, I/We give permission for the student to access all school-sponsored programs, school facilities, and other RGS students. This will include: use of the Rio Grande School campus (including, but not limited to: the Multi-Activity Center, the field and other play spaces, classrooms, the Library/Media Center and the Music/Performing space), the RGS Buddy Program, and school-sponsored field trips.

PERMISSION TO APPLY SUNSCREEN
I/We hereby agree that unless I/We inform the School in writing, I/We give permission for the faculty/staff to apply sunscreen that I/We agree to supply. I/We understand that I/We need to apply sunscreen before arrival to school in the morning.

DISCIPLINE POLICY RECEIPT
I/We acknowledge receipt of the RGS discipline policy.

NEW PARENT ORIENTATION RECEIPT
I/We have received a copy of the Back-to-School Information document for the 2020-21 school year. I/We understand that I/we will receive the updated parent handbook as soon as it is published, but in the meantime I/we may call the office with any questions.
