Estefani Chali

Estefani (pronounced eh-steh-FAH-nee) has been working with youth in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for the past eight years. Throughout her career, she has worked with children and adolescents across elementary, middle, and high school age groups.

During her senior year of high school, Estefani served as a third-grade reading mentor. After graduating in 2019, she joined the AVID program as a tutor, supporting students throughout Santa Fe Public Schools. She further expanded her experience by becoming a Youth Specialist with the City of Santa Fe Youth Program, where she developed a deeper passion for working with children and families.

Estefani is currently pursuing her Early Childhood Development certificate and looks forward to continuing her education and professional growth in the years ahead.

A lifelong Santa Fe resident, Estefani is fluent in both English and Spanish. She has traveled to Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Mexico and hopes to continue exploring new places with her family.

Estefani and her husband have a beautiful daughter, Aislinn, who is 19 months old. As a family, they enjoy visiting toddler-friendly attractions that support Aislinn's social and emotional development as she explores the world around her. They also enjoy soccer, spending time at the lake, dancing, cookouts, and gathering with family. Family is at the heart of their lives, and they feel fortunate to have both sides of their family nearby in Santa Fe.

Estefani joined RGS in August 2025 as an aftercare support staff member. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the RGS community and is excited to support and learn alongside Ms. Sarah throughout the school year as they work together to build a strong foundation for each child's growth, learning, and success.
