4th Graders Perform a Scene from Roald Dahl's Matilda
Roald Dahl books are a feature of 4th grade at Rio Grande School. The students worked with Performing Arts educator Terri Scullin to bring a scene from Dahl's book Matilda (now a movie and a musical) to life on our very own stage.

2nd Graders Share Their Animal Research
Second graders have been studying animals and their habitats. To bring their research to life, the students used the green screen to approximate the habitats and wrote pithy, humorous descriptions about their chosen animals in a documentary-style format.
