All classes must have at least five children registered to run; you will receive an email by January 6th if your child's class does not run—Email asap@riograndeschool.org with any questions. ASAP registration closes on January 4th at 5:00 p.m.

Cost: ASAP Classes cost $180.00 per six-week course per student (plus any applicable materials and supplies fees as noted below). ASAP classes begin the week of January 8th through February 12th. Once registration is closed, you will receive an email with details about your child's course(s) logistics. Any school closures due to holidays or inclement will be made up at the discretion of the ASAP educator.

Times and Aftercare: All ASAP classes run from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Students will be sent to the MAC upon dismissal from school for a snack before their scheduled ASAP class. ASAP instructors will escort students to the front of the school, where students should be picked up by 4:35. Any students that are not picked up by 4:35 will be sent back to the gym for aftercare. You will be charged an additional $18 daily flat fee for aftercare. Aftercare ends promptly at 5:30 p.m. Families will not be charged aftercare fees for time spent in aftercare before ASAP classes start.

ASAP Winter 2024 Registration
