Ariana Grande who really value Community we start every morning with our morning meeting or gathering together and we each other and we share and we play activities and games together all centered around the idea of building Community you know you can't talk about being engaged appreciative and that Community goes from everywhere from the students to the teachers to the parents and yeah that makes this place so pretty special place to be yeah I just logged into work or feel like I'm going to work somewhere where people Beyond me people suppose what I do people appreciate my contribution and families are wonderful students are always willing to learn and makes me happy as a kid I love coming to school here and as an educator I love coming to work here and it's something that's hard to put your finger on it I think it comes back to the culture that the school has created for 2030 Sears. Everyone's connected everyone's here to support each other kids when they walk through the hallways are you know everyone says hello to one another everyone is excited to learn and share their thinking with each other you're not going to be just another fish in the pond you're going to be recognized for who you are and your strengths are going to be known and seen part of what makes the school in this community unique is that we really take it seriously that individuality is celebrated in known and that everybody feels like they are a part of our community and they belong to this Rio Grande
