Danielle Bio
Danielle has over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and families as a therapist in Northern New Mexico. Danielle holds dual licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) and Practicing Art Therapist (LPAT) and completed her MA in Art Therapy/Counseling at Southwestern College. Danielle believes in meeting each child and family where they are. She supports each child in growing to their full potential by focusing on strengths-based resourcing and skill building. Danielle has pursued additional training and certificate programming in horticultural therapy, child-centered play therapy, and infant mental health. These approaches help her connect with children at all levels of development through both verbal and nonverbal modalities; in her free time, Danielle can be found in her garden and greenhouse on the small farm she tends with her husband, two sons, and their assortment of colorful farm animals.
