Parent-Educator Conferences

Online conference scheduling is done through Pick-a-Time.com  (link with directions to the right)  and online registration opens 2-3 weeks prior to conference dates.  Please see the RGS Master Calendar for conference dates.

After online registration closes, parents need to contact your classroom educator to schedule a conference.

Need to change a conference you have scheduled?  Login to Pick-a-Time.com to edit/delete a conference you have scheduled (available when conference registration is open). Editing features are not available on some mobile devices.  For best results, use a desktop or laptop computer and browser (eg, Chrome, Firefox, Safari,...).
